Bence is a seasoned technology executive and AI expert with deep experience building scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems.
He began his career at Morgan Stanley, initially as a Quantitative Developer selected through a highly competitive application process (top 4% of applicants). There, he developed full-stack, Python-based analytical and trading applications, directly serving trading desks and solving complex mathematical challenges at scale.
Later, within Morgan Stanley’s Risk Division, he led the implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions, significantly reducing operational risk and manual labor. Notably, he developed large language models (LLMs) and automation tools that cut human workload by more than half.
Bence also worked at BlackRock as a Portfolio Analysis & Solutions Analyst, building data-driven analytics, predictive models, and automation tools used globally across BlackRock’s institutional partnerships.
In addition to his roles at Morgan Stanley and BlackRock, Bence has deep expertise as an independent AI developer, mastering advanced disciplines including natural language processing, classification, regression, sentiment analysis, and prompt engineering.
Bence’s technical mastery covers data science and analytics, Python, AWS cloud infrastructure, SQL databases, API integrations, frontend technologies and information security— demonstrated by successful participation in corporate cybersecurity competitions.
He holds an MSc in Business Informatics, specializing in Applied Data Analytics and AI, from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
He earned his BSc in Business Information Technology from Széchényi István University.
