You asked for materials before a call. This page is them: what Mia does with an inquiry at any of your hotels and restaurants, what comes with her, and what the first months look like. Ten minutes to read. If it earns thirty more, pick a time at the end.
Private page for Palisociety, September 2026. Not indexed, not linked from hermetic.ai.

Illustrative conversation. On your build, every space, capacity, minimum and menu comes from your own Tripleseat, packets and policies.

Why it matters at Palisociety
A welcome dinner in the Mediterranean Courtyard in Santa Barbara. A holiday party at The Hart and The Hunter in Seattle. A board offsite at ARRIVE Austin, a wrap party in West Hollywood, a buyout in Memphis. Each property takes those inquiries through its own form and its own inbox, and each one is answered when someone on that property gets to it.
The planner filling in your form on a Saturday night is comparing you with two other hotels in the same browser tab. The one that answers first usually gets the call. Mia makes that Palisociety, at every property, at every hour.
Median wait for an answer to a weekend inquiry across the industry. 37% of inquiries arrive after hours.
Lift in conversion when the reply lands inside the first minute, against replies that come later.
Mia's reply, at any Palisociety property, on any night. Then a real conversation, not an autoresponder.
How Mia works
Mia is one platform with one job: turn the planners looking for a place like yours into events on your calendar. Each step feeds the next.
On Google, and increasingly inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers. AI search is part of the platform.
See AI search belowYour website form, a Tripleseat lead, an email, a call Slang has already taken. Every source, every property.
37% arrive after hoursIn seconds. She answers from your property's own rules, qualifies the event and keeps the conversation moving.
~13 seconds, 24/7With the full thread, the qualified details and the call already on the calendar. Everything written back to Tripleseat.
167 hours back per 1,000 leadsAnd Mia keeps in touch afterwards, so this year's holiday party asks about next year's without anyone chasing.
2.4X booking opportunitiesWatch her work
Pick one. The conversations are written for your properties to show the behaviour; on your build the facts come from your own documents. Real, anonymized conversations from live venues are at hermetic.ai/see-mia-work.

Your stack
Nothing to replace. Mia sits on top of Tripleseat, your property websites and the phones, and she works every lead they capture.
Native, two-way. Every new Tripleseat lead is texted within seconds; qualified details, changes and the full conversation are written back to the lead record. Your coordinators keep working in Tripleseat, with a Hermetic tab inside it.
Keep it. Slang answers the call and feeds Tripleseat; Mia picks the lead up from there and works it by text, the channel planners actually answer. No change to how your phones are handled.
The event form on each property's site, the info@ inbox behind it, and your booking calendars. Mia reads the inquiry, replies from that property's rules, and books the call straight onto your events manager's calendar.
Palihouse Santa Barbara's courtyard and Club Room, ARRIVE Memphis's bar, Le Petit Pali's champagne breakfast: each hotel gets its own spaces, capacities, minimums, menus, policies and tone. Mia never answers a Seattle question with a West Hollywood fact.
Several customers give her a name of their own. One assistant across the group, or a different name and voice per brand: Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali and ARRIVE can each sound like themselves.
What comes with her
The full list. Pricing and rollout options are covered on the call; nothing below is an add-on.
AI search · Included in the Mia platform
Planners have started asking the AI engines instead of scrolling results. The engines answer with a short list, and they build it from what they can read about you: structured data, listings, quotable pages. Mia is the platform that answers the inquiry; AI search is the part that makes sure the inquiry comes.
Illustrative: what a winning answer looks like. We have not run Palisociety's audit yet. That is the first thing we would do, and it is read-only.

Hermetic Training · For Mia customers
Turnover is the tax on private-event sales. A new events manager learns the house by osmosis: which spaces combine, what the December minimum is, what Mia already told the guest at 9:40 on a Saturday. Until they know, promises get missed.
So Hermetic builds each property its own private training site, with Mia narrating on video. Two tracks: Mia Training (how she works at your property, who handles what, the promise the guest heard and the deadline the coordinator now owns) and Your Property Training (the house, the spaces, the menus, the wine list, the way you sell events). Practice hosts to rehearse the hard moments, a certification, a first-week checklist, and an owner view of who has finished.
Live today for a multi-location Italian steakhouse group and a Washington, DC restaurant group. Palisociety's would be built after Mia is live at the first properties; nothing has been built yet. More at hermetic.ai/training.

Reporting and the owner portal
Per property and across the group: lead volume, median time to first contact, guest reply rate, a weekly heatmap of when inquiries actually arrive, and the share that came in after hours. Every conversation is one click away, with the option to step in.

One sign-in to everything Hermetic builds for Palisociety: reporting, the AI search scorecard, the training sites, with roles for property teams, GMs and ownership.
Each property's events lead gets a morning email: what came in overnight, what Mia promised, what is on their calendar today.
The same picture where your team already lives: the Hermetic tab on the lead, the conversation, the qualified fields.
Proof
"If you want to increase private-event bookings and elevate guest experience, Hermetic AI is a no-brainer."

"We get back to people in nine seconds versus days."
"When somebody submits a lead and 10 seconds later they have a response, that thought hasn't even left their head."
"Zero extra work, and we stay fully in control of every message."

What happens next
Thirty minutes with Kate. We put a real inquiry through one of your own forms and you watch Mia handle it. Pricing and rollout options, in the open, on that call.
We read your Tripleseat, event pages and packets and build each property's knowledge base and voice. You review her answers before a single guest sees one.
First properties first, or the whole group at once. Each gets its own number and rules. Your team sees every conversation from the first day.
The AI search audit and scorecard, the training sites, the owner portal. In that order, once she is answering inquiries.
One onboarding, one knowledge base built across the group, and Mia learns faster because every property's conversations teach the rest. The usual choice for groups that already run one events playbook.
Start with the properties where private events matter most, prove the numbers on your own reporting, then bring on the next wave. The usual choice when the first question is "show me".
Common questions
Neither. Slang keeps answering the phones and feeding Tripleseat. Your events managers keep running tours and closing. Mia does the part nobody has time for: the first reply, the qualifying, the follow-up, at any hour.
Only what is in your documents and your Tripleseat, reviewed by you before go-live. If a fact is not there, she brings in your team rather than guessing. A thumbs-down on any reply retrains her for that property, and you can take over any thread at any moment.
Yes. One assistant across the group or a different name and tone per brand. Several customers give her a name of their own.
That is your call, and we set her up the way you decide. Most guests simply notice that someone answered at 9:47 pm on a Saturday.
It depends on the number of properties and how you roll out. Kate walks through it on the call, with nothing hidden.
Setup is one onboarding per property, run by our customer-success team from your Tripleseat and documents. Kate will put a date on it on the call.
Next step
Bring one property. We will put a real inquiry through its form on the call and you will watch Mia answer it, qualify it and book the follow-up, with your rules.
