AI SEO · Included in the Mia platform
Planners now ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok for a place to hold the party. The engine answers with a short list. AI SEO is included in the Mia platform so your venue is on it, with the right facts.
Ask for your venue's AI answer scorecard on the demo.
What we found
We put the same planner questions to seven AI engines across a venue's markets and score every answer: named, named first, or absent. Recent audits, anonymized:
"The Pioneer Room seats 40 and has a fireplace."
There is no Pioneer Room. The engine stitched one together from a directory listing and an old event post.
Traced to a stale third-party listing. Fix claim and correct the listing, publish the real rooms with capacities.
"Call 555-0142 to book the private room."
That number belongs to another business. A planner who dials it never reaches you.
Traced to a review-site profile nobody claimed. Fix claim it, set one phone number and one address everywhere.
"A private dining room for up to about 20."
The venue's main dining room seats 148 and the site says so, but the capacity lives in a PDF and a page with three different numbers.
Traced to the venue's own site contradicting itself. Fix one verified facts file, one capacity per room, in HTML and structured data.
Composite examples from recent audits, details changed. Every misstatement in a real audit is logged with its source and the fix.
Why it happens
Two engines read your site. Five read the directories, review sites and listings about you. If those are stale or incomplete, that is the venue the engine describes.
Competitors get named for one quotable, published fact: "rooms combine to exactly 35," "60 seated, 75 standing," "screen for presentations." A capacity buried in a PDF cannot be quoted.
Many venue sites block AI crawlers outright, carry no structured data, keep menus and prices only in PDFs, and contradict themselves on capacity from one page to the next.
Check your own site
These are the first six items on every audit. Tick what you know is true today. If you are not sure, that is usually a no.
Tick the boxes to see where you stand.
Not sure about any of them? Ask for the scorecard on the demo and we will check all six for you, plus the AI answer panel.
The program
The same work we did on our own site, applied to yours. Every item is additive, reversible and approved by you before it goes live.
Unblock the AI crawlers at the firewall and in robots.txt, publish an llms.txt, fix broken booking links, ship a real sitemap and canonicals.
A private-events hub, a page per location, and a small set of deep guides by occasion, party size, landmark, buyout and holiday. Each opens with one quotable sentence and carries only facts you own. Fewer, deeper pages, clustered and interlinked.
Restaurant and local business markup per location, with every private room as a place of its own: seated and reception capacity, amenities, photos. Validated block by block, so the engines read the facts the way you wrote them.
"Private events" in navigation, titles and headings that say the city, links between related pages, stale forms and packets retired, Open Graph images and alt text everywhere.
Render-blocking scripts, oversized images, unused code and cache lifetimes, re-measured after every change against Core Web Vitals.
Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, OpenTable, Tripadvisor, The Knot, WeddingWire, PartySlate, Peerspace, Eventective, your landlord's page and the chamber. Claimed, corrected, completed. Plus a wrong-fact log: every misstatement an engine makes is traced to its source and the source is fixed.
A monthly seven-engine answer panel, about a hundred long-tail queries in position tracking, Search Console and Core Web Vitals, and inquiry source inside Tripleseat. Thresholds, not forecasts.
The planner who finds you gets answered in seconds, from the same venue facts as the published pages, inside the CRM you already use. That is the distribution channel only Hermetic has.
The first 90 days
Crawl the site, run the seven-engine panel across your markets, build the list of about a hundred planner searches you do not appear for, load position tracking. Three independent AI reviewers critique the audit before you see it.
Crawler access, llms.txt, sitemap, canonicals, structured data per location. Invisible to your guests, approved by you line by line.
The private-events hub and guides, one quotable sentence per page, every listing claimed and corrected, the wrong-fact log worked down. Visible edits only with written approval.
Same questions, same engines, same markets. Named, first or absent, side by side with the baseline. Search Console and Core Web Vitals alongside. Then monthly.
Advised by people working at the front of AI search, and run with the same discipline we used on hermetic.ai.
The platform it comes with
"If you want to increase private-event bookings and elevate guest experience, Hermetic AI is a no-brainer."

"If you're on the fence about it, to me it's a non-decision. Your competitor is going to have it."
Common questions
Yes. AI SEO is part of the Mia platform for venues on it. The audit and scorecard come first; the work follows your approval.
No one honestly can. We commit to the work, publish the scorecard before and after, and set measurement thresholds rather than forecasts.
No. Navigation, design, theme and redirects are off limits. Visible edits happen only with your written approval, one change at a time.
Read access to your site and analytics, your rooms, capacities, menus and policies, and a person who can approve changes.
The same pages, markup and speed work serve classic search. We track your long-tail queries in Google alongside the AI panel.
