I think what Mia has done is it’s allowed us to leapfrog, you know, by hours and days, the amount of time it takes to get that information in the door and into the hands of our senior event planners who can then focus on creating that special moment. So it’s really helped at the beginning part of the process. It’s eliminated the vast majority of the time and the friction that it took to get to a decision point with the clients. And it’s allowed our senior event planners that are experienced to spend more time engaging with the guests on the things that matter and that are going to make that event
