“Mia is a tool. It’s certainly not a replacement.”
Can’t exist in a vacuum without strong event coordinators that are very good at their job. Mia is a tool. It’s certainly not a replacement. So I think it’s important to understand the limits of what Mia does and how she’s best used in conjunction with the teams that we already have in place. Like what it does is it eliminates a lot of the repetitive, mundane x’s and o’s, black and white, checking the box, things that have to get done. The interaction with the guests, the beginning of the sales process is generally the one that takes the longest amount of time. Once Mia engaged with the guests, we understand, we can clear, we can vet the events, and then hand it off to the experienced event planners.
