I can’t think of a better tool and resource for an event coordinator than Mia. In a day and age where humans are worried, what if I lose my job? What if that robot does my job? Mia is a resource and a supporter and a de-stressor for our human event coordinators. So for me, responsible for my people, wait, I can take stress off of you? I can pay for Mia and this technology tool to work while my humans are asleep, to schedule meetings while my humans are resting, to provide information at a basic level that my guest needs so that my humans can spend the time doing the human part, really connecting with people, giving them tours in their restaurants, working through the nuance of the BEO.
