Daniela Pardo is a product design leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations define, build, and scale thoughtful digital experiences. Her work spans early-stage product strategy, AI-driven experiences, platform redesigns, and user-centered innovation across SaaS and enterprise technology.
As Principal Product Designer at Hermetic AI, Daniela leads research, design, and rapid product incubation for strategic initiatives, helping translate AI capabilities into practical, human-centered products. She brings a systems-thinking approach to product development, combining deep UX expertise with rapid experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Before joining Hermetic AI, Daniela led the design and strategy behind HubSpot’s first conversational AI agent, creating scalable AI-powered customer experiences across communication channels. Prior to HubSpot, she played a key role in evolving Panorama Education’s platform architecture and launching Panorama for Positive Behavior, a product that contributed to significant early market growth.
Earlier in her career, Daniela led product design initiatives across Auctane’s shipping and fulfillment platforms, impacting operational workflows for more than 130,000 merchants. She has also built and mentored design teams across education, mobile commerce, and consumer technology companies, consistently helping organizations align business strategy with user outcomes.
Daniela began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she created data visualizations for consulting teams worldwide. She holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology.
